This process takes time to onboard your veterinary hospital, sync your pets ID tag to your hospital, and then cipher through the data gathered from the hospital. We will work as quickly as possible to get you access to your pets medical records with the understanding that larger corporations (Banfield, VCA, etc) take more time to retrieve records from.
